The Mus'haf page appears in high definition and clarity, allowing for a full-screen view. Users can easily select words, verses, pages, and surahs to access specific scientific features related to each.

In addition to the Mus'haf, Surah offers a range of content services that help users understand the meanings of The Noble Qur'an. These services include explanations of unfamiliar Qur'anic terms, interpretations (Tafseer), revelation causes and circumstances, the virtues of surahs and verses, the number of verses in each surah, translations in multiple languages, and more.

Browsing, navigation, and access to features and services are made easy with Surah's user-friendly interface. The app also provides audio recordings of Quran recitations by distinguished reciters, giving users multiple options to control the recitations.

Surah offers several options for word searches, which can be done through typing or voice commands. Users can also place bookmarks and make in-app notes to keep track of important verses or concepts.

The app includes multiple "Qura'nic Plans" for the completion of recitation, complete with reminders and achievement follow-ups. Users can also share their favorite verses as images or text, with or without diacritics (Tashkeel).
